This class is focused on the tactics, skills and mindset that women need for personal protection. There is no age limitations on who attends- but some of the discussion may be tough for kids. We will tailor that “talk” if needed!

This hands on class will provide you with very basic concepts, that aren’t confusing and don’t need to be performed perfectly to be effective! With that said, practice will always pay dividends if you ever need to utilize these skills.

We teach principles that allow you to transition to a force multiplier (pepper spray, stun gun, taser, handgun, knife, etc), or escape...but not to stick around and fight it out...like the movies!

This 4 hour class is going to open up your eyes and let you decide what direction your training should go!

We also have a optional 2 hours of firearm instruction portion after this class that can be taken for $50. If you don’t have a handgun or holster yet and need to borrow our stuff, just let us know!
