CQB & Rapid Response Training
This course is at our downtown location - RTTI (1301 3rd Street, Sioux City, Iowa - 3rd floor of Coffee King)
This course exists for one reason:
to prepare good people to protect others when it matters most.
Churches, schools, and organizations don’t get to choose if evil shows up—but they do choose whether they’re ready.
This training is designed for church security teams, volunteer safety teams, and professional responders who understand that protecting life requires more than good intentions. It requires shared doctrine, clear communication, and practiced decision-making under stress.
What Makes This Different
This is not a lecture.
This is not fantasy training.
This is hands-on, scenario-driven preparation built around real-world environments.
You’ll train:
Every position in the stack — from first contact to rear security
Shoot / no-shoot decision making
Hallways, stairwells, open and closed doors
Single-person response and team response
Follow-on rooms, problem-solving, and “finding work” under pressure
The day culminates in force-on-force scenarios that are recorded and reviewed so lessons stick and mistakes become growth—not regret.
Why This Matters for Churches
Most teams don’t fail because they lack courage.
They fail because they lack alignment.
We’ve learned this across decades of military, law enforcement, and protective work:
Teams must choose a doctrine—and live by it.
This course exposes teams to multiple proven approaches, then helps them select, refine, and commit to what works for their people, their building, and their mission.
Who Should Attend
Church security teams (armed or unarmed)
Volunteer safety teams
Private security teams
Law enforcement and military members

No ego.
No embarrassment.
No pressure to “perform.”
Just people who care enough to prepare.
What You’ll Leave With

Clear understanding of team movement and responsibility
Practical skills that translate immediately
Shared language and trust within your team
Pride in knowing you took responsibility seriously
This is the kind of training people are glad they attended—and hope they never have to use.
