Situational Awareness
This entry-level training will give you a fantastic foundation to build from! We keep it super simple, focusing on tactics that will help you avoid, escape the fight, or get to your tool!
We start with a group discussion about awareness and avoidance...while we back up this talk with actual video of personal defense encounters.
Who can attend? All ages are welcome! Show up alone or bring a pal! Either way, you’ll have a blast and make some new friends!
