Sunday’s Stages at Verzani Farms

Revenge of the Tunnel Buddies
This stage focuses on teamwork, composure, and smart decision-making. Target detection matters — but time starts ticking the moment you’re kicked out of the van. Teams must choose the correct route to the top, find, and engage a series of targets before their eight minutes run out!

Squirters
Get your mind out of the gutter — this is a tactical term! “Squirters” are bad guys fleeing a building that must be engaged on the move. This stage takes place from the comfort of a pile of rubble simulating a collapsed building where you might be holed up. Both sniper and spotter will be responsible for neutralizing these threats.

Helo Kitty
Teams will hang off the side of a Little Bird helicopter, moving through a series of targets and engaging them in the air, on the move. This is a great stage to watch from the High Angle Tower!

The Mad Mile
We don’t encourage gambling — but if you’re going to do it, go big! Each team will have ten rounds to engage targets from 1,000 to 1,600 meters (one mile). Closer targets are worth fewer points, but if that’s where your confidence lies, maybe that’s the smart play. Some teams will risk it all for the mile shot, while others will play it safe and rack up points “up close.” It’s always fun to see the different personalities come out on this stage!

The Carnival
This stage features a series of mini-events all in one location. Teams will engage moving targets on the Texas Star and Polish Plate Rack at distances farther than most would think possible. Then they’ll move to the fast-moving Dynamic X1 Hostage Taker targets, pop over to the three-shot zero, and finish with more pistol work.

The best part of the Carnival? Everyone — staff, spectators, and other teams — is encouraged to heckle the shooters. Bring your best burns! It doesn’t matter if you couldn’t do it any better — let it fly! This is by far the funniest stage of the event.
