Trauma Management (One and Two)

Why do we need this? Well the simple answer is that "the body won't go where the mind hasn't"....meaning that terrible day when you come across an accident, are involved in an assault or simply need to help someone who banged their head at work...rapid, proper training can save a life. You don't have to have any medical experience to learn quick and easy ways to help prevent death!

Our army special mission medics, firefighter/paramedic and sniper team medics make this class fun and easy to understand! We aren't going to overwhelm you with a bunch of complicated words or procedures...because the reality of it is...you don't need all that mumbo jumbo. We teach you how to use minimal medical equipment to save lives!

What will you learn:

We teach the MARCH algorithm to keep things simple and easy to remember!

Early contact with first responders.

What kills people (simply put!): The lethal triad..."stop the bleeding, keep them breathing, keep them warm!"

Tourniquets.

Pressure Dressings: recognizing the need, proper application and wound packing.

Chest, Head and Ab wounds.

Moving the victim: Team and Single carries and drags.

Applied treatments/hands-on training.

Victim hand-off : What does the HLC need to know?

This training is taken in two parts, Trauma Management: One and Trauma Management: Two.
